I guess you have some really high IQ or you're confused or you're very lonely inside. When you get to a certain level of loneliness, you get the subconscious orientation that you're the only one who can understand you. Hence you just feel more comfortable talking with yourself naturally. It is also a characteristic of highly smart fellows. I hope you get it.
