People can talk rubbish eee. Heritage bank is as strong as ever. They acquired SGB before acquiring Enterprise Bank in 2014. This recession is really affecting every bank. As far as I'm concerned, I still bank with them. No issues. Pls get your facts right before blabbing on SM |

nerilove:Let them be deceiving u. I know more than 5 of their ATM outlets that have not vomitted 1kobo in the last 2 months, but are always on. Na only HB dey see reccession? I hope u know there was a report about them not able to fund their ATM machines because of distress. Abi ATM machines are now street decorations? |

progress69:I think you don't know about banking industry. Funding atm machines has been a challenge caused by CBN which the governor confirmed. Heritage doesn't have issues. Many atm machines have same issues sometimes which I witnessed. When CAN governor told you the is strong, who are you to dispute that. Do you know better. |

This MD can lie for Africa! I have read a lot of responses on this thread that are not based on facts. The status of that dodgy bank will shock Nigerians in the next 6 months! Any reasonable customer should reconsider his/her relationship with that bank NOW! Guys, "mark" my post; save it somewhere. Nothing more to add. |

I saw their cash van last week in one of the ATM atand that has 3 machines. I was like oj at last, only to discover just one machine was loaded, and it was emptied by morning the ff day. ![]() |

Strong and resilient bank. All these negative comments about our banks that are the main employer of our jobless graduates should stop. |

he keeps saying that the bank is liquid but he never gives a statistical figure of their liquidity ratio. he makes no mention of their Non performing loans. if he is gradually reducing it in lien with the cbns benchmark. all i see here are empty words of hope. as a banker, he should have dished out figures to prove his claims. |

Thats how it starts when MD is now coming out to reassure the public then there is trouble. I sensed it by the way they approached the market with the electronic banking bruhaha and I asked where is the electricity power to be boasting of such. Is there a stable regulatory policy to support your dream in a long term. When you have a CBN saying onething today and tomorrow saying another. Whatever happened to the cashless policy, the offsite ATM policy, the TSA and many others. Investors must learn from experience and learn how to thread softly when it comes to investment in this terrain at least not until we get the right visionary leaders in place. In my own opinion for today all that is necessary for a bank to succeed is getting your services right and this means you must shop for the best, time tested and peculiar banking application database system, a good rule of the thump is to learn from the mistakes of those who have been there long ago, getting your network infrastructure right to effectively support your branch network and intranet communication system. Then most importantly the staff attitude, once these things are in place its a matter of time the branch will break even, but when you begin to build a house on a snady ground it will surely come down. |

progress69:Oga calm down, Heritage Bank is as strong as ever. You've nothing to fear. The MD that acquired two distressed banks in a space of two years. Even CBN confirmed the bank to be safe. No fear. |
