I didn't read where the court order says election should be every part of Tai. It simply says election should be held in Tai local government or any part thereof. So only parts that require re run will have election. The order is clear.

At times I wonder the society we found ourselves in. The result that was declared by the same Inec for phlc 1 was not ordered by d court for a fresh election Y? because inec declared PDP the winner. Leaders should be a product of service not interest.

Federal high court has nothing to do with election matter matters,the tribunal is there to handle that.Election is a process,and only the tribunal can rule on that. Thats why justice liman refuse to make a categorical statement on that election,he kacks the jurisdiction to rule on election matters,pdp has failed again and again,ogoni land is Apc
