Mama calm down and trust God , cos nothing is impossible with him. Also, I know my bladder has to be full for me to go for normal scan. Is that also applicable for pregnancy scan? Thank you mas

me I did scan at 5weeks self(pelvic scan) and your bladder needs to be full but they can't see the heartbeat at that stage until 7wks+

Pregnant women pounding yam in my village is not a big deal. One of my aunties is always sick throughout preggy days, anytime she stands and pounds, she will deliver that day and with ease.

God Truly Answers Prayers. Did scan at 9weeks and pregnancy progressed smoothly. Increased apetite, no vomiting only evening nausea. I entered 2nd trimester with agility and praises to God. Then, enemy struck with high fever and headache at 15 weeks.Doc prescribed medications which subsided symptoms. Exctly 17 wks, fever and migraine came bk. 17 wks plus 1 day,rashes appeard om breasts,lo and behold it turned out to be chicken pox. I was scared for myself and baby as everything I read on internet were fearful. I had to accept my fate, chatted with my doc
Since it was viral infection, no drugs allowd xcpt calamine lotion and anti histamines.it was bad as rashes intesified with swollen lymphnodes. I had to start taking holy communion and anioting oil from my church (winners).

Fever continued truout 17wks, till I ended up bn admitted 18 wks. Eventualy, symptoms abated to God be d Glory. Despite negative reports, God saw me tru. Got stronger at 19 wks and went for anc. Doc told me to do scan to knw fetal wellbeing and biometry. To God be d glory, all d parameters revealed baby grew perfctly well frm.17-19 wks. Infct, baby ws so active during scan.
God is good. Any negative report of intra uterine growth retardation cancelldd
God of Bishop Oyedepo will.see me.tru the remaining 4 months and I knoe he will.perfect what he has started. Team May!!!!!!.

If scan says baby is ok then baby is ok.
Just a little while you will start feeling all the flutters, nods and jabs. Probably you have anterior placenta that's masking the little flutters.

Lie....floating,breech presentation.
Placenta..POSTERIOR wall placenta...normal maturity.

Fetal heartbeat...NORMAL.

. We should not blame the man, maybe the wife want to pound. I don't think it's going to hurt her or the baby. I remember when I was in school six years ago and was close to my EDD I just woke dat day and started doing work that did not concern me. I hear am later that nite and before 7am the next day I have already put to bed with ease. Most times our hormones takes over our brains.

Youll feel kicks by the 20th week all things being equal.
Baby cant have a defined position yet....its still too little.

Congrats on your bump.
If the last scan says heartbeat is okay,you shouldn't be worried.At 17 weeks,the kicks are usually not strong enough so you might miss it.
Just relax.

I felt my first movement at 22 weeks sef. Don't worry, you may not be noticing it yet

Mama zino, u sure have nothing to worry about,you might not get to feel the kicks until around 20-22weeks. My love to zino

Whyterose My luv, its been long ooo, how are u n d pushing ministry? Hope u are enjoying ur new team n job. I Dont think u are out of place to want 2 know ur lo's sex, unless of course they are saying so if u are placing all ur mind on a particular sex. If its ur first (evn if its not) relax n enjoy ur baby, wateva sex. It is well.

MY BS

I was scheduled for induction on Sunday 4th,Dec at 40.3days. When I got to the hospital, I was checked in , 4 Doctors came to let me knw it's me and them for d day. Asking me do I know why I am here? I said yes to some extent. Explained d processes and checked me, I was at 3-4cm dilated. So dy said no need for tablet insertion again. I shld be sent to labor room downstairs.
I got wheeled to d labor room around 10 am and dy started pitocin and watching baby's heart rate. Reading good since morning except we thought he could be sleeping cos he wasn't moving much. Dy used dis vibrating thing to massage my tummy and once in a while he would kick.
By 12, she decided to do rupture membrane(ARM), but d water dt came out was green. He already poo inside. Dt was wen serious monitoring started and contraction was beginning to set in.
Btw12.30 and 1.00, She had to do a test to check if oxygen was getting to my baby. Dt was so painful. Internal monitor already in and taking blood sample frm baby.first sample sent straight away and by d time one of d nurses came back wt result 1, she managed to get 2nd sample and there are differences. Oxygen reaching was reducing . Now we will take u in for operation and get ur baby out.I told them go ahead and I signed agreement form. Dy asked for hubby's no and called him to update him. At 1.09pm, my baby was out weighing 3.075kg and close up finished at 1.40pm.and after that another drama.PPH and d blood gushing out frm cervix was much nd dy were doing everytin to put it under control. They had to start pressing my navel and blood was just gushing. By 2.00pm, I was feeling sleepy. D next time I woke up,i was in d recovery room and wen my eyes finally cleared, it was 4.30. Husbands don't come in wt u here so he was already worried bcs dy took him to d baby since he arrived and he didn't knw wat was going on wt me.
I am grateful it ended well because by d time my eyes finally cleared, I was jst saying thank God.

So grateful for this miraculous gift. Indeed, who no go no go know as someone once said on dis thread.

She used to be team December but the devil suffaced all praise to God we have conquered and the almighty has blessed us with yet another gift who has come to stay inn Jesus Name. We are team June now by his grace and she willl come online soonest.

Happy Sunday to all Mamas in d hse. Congrats to all that have offloaded, happy bumping to all pushing Mamas and baby dust to all ATC Mamas.

I write this with a heavy heart and I'm seriously praying and hoping the scan was wrong. I am 8 weeks + and went for my 1st scan yesterday and the Sonographer said He cldnt see the baby's heartbeat. The result I was given states Missed Abortion but suggested I do another scan in a week.

I didn't bleed, just d regular on and off cramps. The Crown to Rump Length is 16.5mm which according to google and most baby apps I have on my phone is accurate with the age of the pregnancy.

I am being positive that he just missed it and my baby is alive. I have spoken with God and I know He won't disappoint me.

My fellow Mamas please pray for my baby to be safe and alive. I lost my job a few wks ago, the pregnancy and my son has kept me goin and I can't handle any disappointment or bad news now.

Please I need ur prayers.
