I have embarked on many risky journeys for aptitude test and interviews which was fruitless and disappointing eventually that is why I am skeptical about going for this one. If it was scheduled here in Abj will have attended but Plateau Jos this December? NO. My friend was rob last week while travelling.

The honesty truth is that when you have this negative mindset to life events, I will personally advice you not to bother yourself going for the test , because YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SUCCEED in life with a horrible mindset like that. Unless you are one of these half baked or no bake Nigerian Graduates that sorted their way out of University, then stay on your lane.

Calculator was not allowed.
There was pie chart in mine
There was Venn diagram too
Just study and be Fast. Leave any one u don't know
There was abstract but not too tricky
Yes there was verbal, and it had true or false and pick the statement that is true.
It's not too difficult like we feared. It's just that there is no time
20 verbal 15mins, 15 business maths 17 mins, 20 analytical 20 minutes, 20 general knowledge 15 minutes.

Good luck to us all.

Much appreciated. Wishing you the very best!

i dont know why most pple are so scared and really want to use calculator- it will only waste ur time, there are actually techniques in solving such math problems, just study your gmat well, all the biz maths problems, ratios, percentage and simple interest etc........the most difficult aspect to me is actually verbal, because trust me you have to read all 'em passages and be very fast, also guessing wont help.....but i will advice dont leave any question blank.....wish u all the best of luck, my younger bro is actually going for the test. Abin fa sa'a neh !!!

For the verbal, the trick is simple; read the questions and the options given, go back to the passage and look for the keyword in the question, cos I tell u, when u r trying to read the passage with the little time given, u tend to forget what u read earlier

I see that you guys are dealing out the questions out of solidarity. What foolishness! later, when they score higher marks and are selected and you guys are not, you begin to blame it on nepotism and village witches. whether you agree with me or not, this is a competition and not a fun fair. Be wise and accept this unpleasant truth.

I wrote at Huntsville Tech, Anthony.. Slated for 10:30 but we didn't write until 12:30...the test was inbetween; not too difficult but not simple either. Business maths was basically Ratio, SI, CI, percentage profit, loss, difference, increase, decrease, but me ooo I skipped most of the questions because the numbers were either to large to multiply or difficult to divide. General knowledge was tricky cos they were asking questions I don't know e.g Governor of Adamawa...the rest was a breeze... But try to be accurate and fast... Leave any question you don't know instead of doing tombo tombo...Wish us the best in all, may the odds be in our favor

same here started so late....the maths was some how.... to many big number..the verbal was quite easy for me... analytical was also okay...the general knowledge they brought commerce questions that i dint know of.....insurance, shareholders bla bla bla..........did my best anyways

well, I am happy for you guys that were able to make it to this level.
I expect(ed) to be a participant too(still expecting), but have not got any mail from dragnet; when an uncle of mine who happens to be a manager of a zone of firstbank troubleshot to know the problem, he said that, my name was not found on the list of successful applicants, and inquired to know if I saw a message showing after applying showing that my application was successful, in which I attested to.
Lucky for me, I even downloaded my profile after the application and sent it to him there and then for which he printed went through and sent to someone who might have something to do on it. I did some preparations for the exam that's my concern, and I appeared eligible with a bachelor of eng. with 2.1 and less than the maximum age with NYSC completed about two months now.

whatever gets to be the case, I sincerely will pray God to help all those that have crossed this stage to get to the point of receiving an offer from the bank.

Goodluck!

Sorry dear but with what you said so far.....your application being successful means your application has been received pending approval...not short-listing. That you downloaded does not mean anything unless you were sent a mail saying your application has been selected for the next stage. Hope I clarified?
