Adtec Ltd, a venture capital and management firm, which was incorporated in 1978, started the two projects as separate divisions in 1982. CUTIX PLC was incorporated on November 4, 1982 as a Private Limited Company, manufacturing electric cables and wires. Yes, Cutix was set up by Dr. Uzodike and it operated successfully for years until it ran into difficult challenges. It suspended its manufacturing arm and resorted to trading. You are just copying and pasting everything you saw on their website. When was the last time you actually visited their factory? Oga, even the Adswitch Plc you were glorifying, was set up by the same Dr. Uzodike. The Uzodike family own both Cutix & Adswitch along with other Igbo investors. Now, explain to me why Adswitch Plc was delisted by Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in May 2016?? ![]() |

Something like three million people flock here every day, and some call it the biggest market in the world.
