OMG! not again...A truck ran into a Christmas market this evening in a major pubis square in Berlin, Germany killing nine people and injuring at least 50 others, police said. And this is coming just a few hours ago the Russian ambassador to Turkey was shot dead in Ankara. A police spokesman described it as a "severe incident." "A truck just ran over a sidewalk at #Breitscheidplatz Our colleague report multiple injuries. more to follow," Berlin police tweeted. Berlin police said 9 people were killed and many others were injured when a truck ran into a crowded Christmas market on Monday. Police said the truck driver was arrested near the scene. The Associated Press, citing German media, reports the truck ran into the market outside the Kaiser Willhelm Memorial Church. The market was in the center of the city, according to the AP.
