I experience the same thing today, let me say 2 hrs ago, the interviewer said "you are smart, and you have a good carriage and we believe you will deliver if you are well trained, but for the position you are applying for we need a very fair lady who is super attractive" I've experienced this countless times and it doesn't even move me any more.

So dear, just don't let it weigh you down, you skin color is a blessing and not a curse. Just keep working on yourself till the right job appear. cool
