For those mentioning Tekno, in every game there are rules.

No mind am. with his incoherent lyrics. So many artistes have been where he is today. some years back it was terry G on the lips of everyone, where is he today? You can not even compare the list of tekno's tracks to the tracks in the kiss Daniel's album, or brymo's in term of sensibility. Better artiste like brymo with 4 or 5 albums and a good number of sensible tracks to his name have constantly been overlooked by the award, yet no noise from him. 3years no album, who is to blame if not his lazy ass. Na how many years kiss Daniel don spend for the industry wey him don drop album? Mumu idiots just Dey follow am dey make noise. Adekunle Gold self no see award collect, despite the wider acceptability of his track 'pick up'.

Thank you for this. I admire people who don't follow the crowd just to feel among. Everybody wants to bash the Headies, forgetting how difficult it is to organize awards in a country like Nigeria where almost every artiste and their fans feel entitled.

My projection was that kiss daniel or brymo should take album of the year. I'm happy kiss Daniel won this. I'm not happy that they didn't give brymo anything.
