I have no regret about the paint at all. I will always recommend him...
I was going to use Dulux but the cost chased me away so I tried Gbadexy paint and
I have been using his paints on my other projects ever since.
I have recommended him to other Nairalanders and non-Nairalanders and everyone has
nothing bad to say about his paints.
I am about to get new supply from him as soon as ine of my project is completed.

I am very happy, i have worked with many Builder, Engineers from Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Abuja, Temporarily Calabar & PH, i must give kudos to Aventure, CEO Moore Shelter, PMIL, Segzy14, The Doyen of creativity Skimanski, darenyx, Best concrete STAMP floor Junapril all these people are just what you can call perfect, i will never forget Muyesky Ogbeni you too much, wonderful clients, we are with from foundation to finish people like deking, igbanbajo, FESTUSAKINBAMO, Marpol(Shagamu), Tulex and many more. Likewise we have some that are frustrating but i pray God touch their heart positively.

I have a 7 bedroom duplex in Owerri that has just got to roofing stage and I am trying to make sure we use original stoned coated roof tiles that will not fade in few years or change color.

@Hajj M since you have executed several projects pls can you recommend the best stone coated roof tiles you used? I was told Wichteck is best in Nigeria while several importers are trying to convince me to buy their own products which they claim was imported from New Zealand. And how do you differentiate original roof tile from fake one? I need ideas and assistance ASAP. Thanks all

This is specialty of people like @Princejones in the Eastern region. But I have heard Wichtek and TILCOR as of one the best.
I have not used any Stone coated roof tiles in the past.. Contact Princejones and he will fix you up.

This forum has been very fantastic in helping one another with the "Good, the Bad and the Ugly" building project contractor experiences we encounter as individuals.It is a herculean task,especially for Nigerians in diaspora, trying to erect building(s) in Nigeria.Our knowledge of current building materials and labour is so poor that we end up paying higher prices, comparatively, most times.Interactions on a forum like this with honesty and openess about information has been beneficial and a saving grace to a lot of people.
However, may I suggest that contractors or suppliers should stop e-mailing prices to individuals.Afterall, we all buy online where prices of products are listed for ALL to see.If there is transparency in a bussiness deal, it drives in more clients.
Discounts may be given to individuals based on amount of purchase(bulk vs small).That is understandable and acceptable.

Secondly, if there is a dispute with a contractor, try to resolve it amicably first,(I'm dealing with one right now), if that does not work, bring your case to the forum with evidences (pictures don't lie) and let others in the forum help you out.

Just my own one cent.Thanks all.

Bold letters, mailing price is inevitable. some do not understand the use of this forum. Imagine a client saw my post two years ago still asking for that price, i know have to direct to check the date and go to the last page through phone conversation. Some will mail requesting for price update. All building materials change everyday now.
