I have eaten the meat before. It's Very delicious. They can be found in naija(I knw of south-west). The meat and scales most especially is a good source of aphrodisiac. That is why the rate at which it is being trafficked is high in places like Asia.
Funny enough, it is easier for the female sex to kill it cos it is always shy when it encounter a female and then it curls up.

Pangolin (also called Idiot) is a slot found in the Niger Delta. Its rich in protein and is grouped as a white meat. Some one in the forum thought Idiot is with spikes but that is called Porcupine.
