Ntel's IP addresses seem to have been flagged as spam and blacklisted.
Any VPN should work, as long as the VPN's own IP addresses haven't been flagged also.

It works for me.
You can try wiping data of all Google apps.

Thats the most annoying part...Sometimes it works and sometimes it not work.... NTEL no go last.... Their sim has been benched till i see good comments .

Done that, even until installed still didn't work, infact I had to download the apk to install it back as well as every other apps I now need

Change DNS, and reboot Mifi or toggle airplane mode till u get an IP that is not marked by Google.

Try removing your account and adding it again after a reboot too


Access issues on ntel are due to DNS and ip issues

I have the same issue. Use a vpn. There are a lot of free vpns out there. Even opera has one.

You may need to use the online playstore to download it first since the app does not work for you.

Im having problem subscribing as mc.ntel.com.ng is so damn slow

use quickteller but u will be charged an extra 100 bucks but it works immediately

i was able to recharge using their mini care....subscribng for a plan is the problem

Anyways, it's too slow for comfort. MTN is performing well.

how slow is the network? Can it get up to 2mB/s speed ? And what area of Lagos has the best plan in Nigeria that offers an unlimited plan?

when using any vpn, ensure you enable webrtc leak protection

I was positively surprised yesterday when I was getting 5MB/s download speed with just 1 bar.
I really hope it's not deliberate as you say but a sign of improvement.

In my case my plan ends on 12:00 am exactly on the day it's supposed to expire, regardless of the time I subscribe.
Enjoy yours while it lasts.

I've experienced that too, in the past. Eventually, the system will find you out.

Check their website for coverage area, I'm getting 3/5 bars here in Adekunle/Alagomeji area of Yaba at 6.1mbps
