The reasons are;

1. The bible daily readings Is
universal... If it is John 3:16 that was to be preached in Warri Nigeria today, so it is in the deepest remote village in China...

2. If a pope,cardinal,b
ishop,priest or any person well recognized in the church decides to leave or retire. The church
would feel no much pain nor
despair,it will continue to forge ahead stronger than before.

3. The fore-runners of catholic church are all endowed with
various spiritual gifts listed in 1st corinthians12:7-11.... They dont compete with one another on who is great or small, who speaks well or heals most, who performed more miracles or
not... No! Everyone operates on their own gift.

4. It is the only church that
solves most human mysteries... E.g... Is their hope of making
paradise for an unrepentant
sinner but willing to repent on his dying bed? The answer is yes; it is called anointing of thesick;

5. The catholic church place NO burden on its members...
Whatever the church recieves
from its members either in cash or kind, is given voluntarily to her... Any clergy found wanting is dealt with accordingly, no
matter the position or rank.

6. Clergy men or women can betransferred from urban to rural or the reverse...

7. It takes 12 years to become a
priest... And so on.

you are right bro... But here is a scenario....
what reparation do your church make for a dying sinner who needs repentance but could not reach to those he offended in order to apologise? Yet, his pastor was present there and all he could mutter to the dying patient who is in pain; is pray pray pray.

I not a representative of pastors.
I cant speak for them.
Hence more people should firsf seek to know God's word for themselves personally.
In case the need arises at anytime.

A surrendered heart and the confession of the death and resurrection of Jesus as LORD is sufficient for any soul.
