There are many issues (insecurity, division, recession, extreme hunger/kwashiokor, unemployment, killings, terrorism, etc)to be tackled in Nigeria but buhari goes about trying to handover power in Gambia.

There is nothing like local government in south-west atleast from what i know
They are just paying salary of local government workers,no chairman,no secretary nobody there
The toothless caretakers are their stooge so i think fayose is not making any sense here

95% of Nigerian Governors have reduced LGAs to nominal 3rd tier. Hopefully the federal legislators will strip them of that power.
