I think most people have a skewed conception of destiny. They think destiny always entails living long or being financially successful or achieving something of conventional value. What they don't understand is that destiny could also entail negatives, like dying young, being poor or just experiencing a slew of perpetual mishaps in life.

The word destiny is related to the word destination, which is a trajectory the journey of life follows, until it ends. This question the op asked is not a plausible question, because in my opinion, destiny isn't a single accomplishment. It isn't just that one big thing that you were created to do in life. Destiny is every single action we take at every single millisecond that we exist. So based on this understanding, how does one take away your destiny, or replace it with something else?

When we also understands that our destiny, which based on my own definition, affects the lives of everyone around us, invariably influencing their own destiny, then it means if someone alters your destiny, he is also altering the destiny of others. This question is just so implausible on many fronts.
