The point is most bankers are always against reversal because its an appraisal issue and it affect them negatively. Its highly possible but u need to beg and plead before it can be initiated.

I think you you should reconsider that cos there are so many things involved and the beneficiary has a major role to play. You (a third party) are asking a bank to debit a customer and you don't think the consent of the customer is needed? Let any bank try that with me and see hell.
What if Mr A paid Mr B (deposit in the account of B) for goods and it was delivered only for A to fraudulently go to the bank and ask for reversal. So you think the bank would go ahead and debit the customer without confirmation from him too
The fact is once the account is credited, the power to withdraw the money is solely the recipient's or authorized personnel or institution by the said him. If reversal is possible, definitely the recipient must be involved.

Actually this isn't a case of wrongly sending money. Sorry about what happened but it's the fact. You agreed to send money to him and you did. Just because he hasn't kept his end of the deal doesn't automatically mean you wrongly credited him in bank terms. Wrong crediting could take one of the following forms
1. you were supposed to credit A instead you credited B
2. You somehow made a transfer ( mobile or Internet) unconsciously or forced.
I suggest you report to police for the person you credited to refund you since your goods or services haven't been delivered or rendered as agreed. But going to the bank for a reversal is totally out of the question.

A friend got alert of 100k, he quickly went to ATM and transfered all the money in the account to the brother.
Few weeks later,
Genuine money 50k entered his account... The went to withdraw..... He couldn't... He went to the bank.... . The bank told him that he is even owing them 50k....any further money that enters the account will be deducted.
Checking his balance... It was - 50k. So the has to get money to pay up.
