Today 17th of January, 2017

I can now say it's good to exercise more than anything in the world. I didn't go for exercise this morning because am still amaze at my performance in the midnight.

I really did well even my wife didn't want to leave for work this morning, tomorrow am going to continue with my exercise hopefully.

Nice one OP exercise is key, but sadly laziness and work stress got me too tired. What type of exercises do you do ? There's an exercise app I downloaded to guide me on type of exercises to take. Its called Fitness and Body building

You're very right about laziness and work stress sometimes makes you so tired to even lift yourself up and go for it. When you're hit with a problem you will have to do it by force with any push from anyone.

What I do is just jogging for like 30mins or one hour then when I get home I do the pelvic or kegel exercise for 10mins. And stretch your legs and do some press up if necessary.

Yesterday I said with determination you can do what you put your mind to,at first you might feel lazy to start but immediately you start your body system automatically activate itself that particular time you wake to go the exercise or anything you decide to do.

I don't force myself to wake up again but my system just jack up at exactly btw 6 am and 6:30 am. I know it's time to put on my jogging gear and run straight outside for a 30mins jogging before coming back home for another little exercise to round it all up.

Please take a bold step before you go out to work in the morning and do this exercise because you set out,you will feel that your body is very free for the day's business.

Also it has it's use in the bedroom too so your wife can smile at you after a well job done.

Why not take it a notch higher by doing some strength-training exercises, so as to rack up some muscles. Building of muscles can be very beneficial to ones' sex life being that your u have the strength to suspend ur woman for as long as possible while doing your stuff. Your heart pumps blood faster to your penis(very neccessary for sustained erection). Moreso when your woman sees those bulging muscles all looking hotter than molten magma, i bet she would cum faster than a lightening flash.

The fact that you are slim is even the more reason you should do strength excercises. This will make you bulk up. Jugging like you are doing will keep you fit but will either make you lose weight or not add at all. But strength excercises coupled with your jogging(cardio) will make you bulk up and fitter than ever.

Yes it does so I heard but have taken it before and I realised it's very harmful to my body system. Although there are different type of alcoholic herbal drinks that is out there.So you have to be careful with it.

Please are you certain your performance improved as a result of the exercise? I'm in your shoes and need to do something fast ...hope this is not a prelude to the advertisement of a product you are still to mention?

Also to update people about the progress of my exercise and performance in bed. I can say it has really helped and also the kind of food you eat also attribute to the problem too. so watch it.

Op... I sense u a good man looking to please his wife. The P E problem can be solved by adequate application of knowledge
1. First your health condition. Do an all-round screening and testing. Test for STDs/STIs and UTIs and treat preferably following up with herbal treatment. Those Yoruba guys dey help. Infections that largely cause PE are chlamydia, staphylococcus aureus, and prostatitis. Also diabetes and multiple sclerosis (MS) is not good news. Always treat staph both with orthodox and herbal medicine. Ensure all Yeast infections and e coli are cured.


2. Still On your health. Are you overweight? What's your body type? Do u eat right. Avoid sugar now especially refined sugar and fatty foods. Rather take fruits especially bananas, watermelons (not too much), nuts like groundnuts. This improves your erections. take like 2 raw eggs in peak milk like twice daily to improve your sperm quality, same with crayfish and give strength.Thing is nature is your friend to cure you if only you can pay rapt attention
Drink bitters, (not with alcoholic contents tho). Yoyo bitters or ruzu bitters shud be good. Try finishing a bottle every 2 weeks. Take a blend of WHITE onions and honey. At least one bulb of the onion honey blend a day. Say in the evening. You will see results. Avocados are good for you too. Just run away from Sugar. Bitter leaf extracts and wonderful kola once in a while dey help. Say thrice a month. Just crush or grate the kola boil it with crushed bitterleaf and chew and drink it.

3. Exercise. Both normal exercises and sexual stamina exercises. Build your body, let it be more hard than soft to increase testosterone. Train your PC muscles (Google it, but be careful about what you try). Try jelqing exercises(google it too, I recommend PEGym) but be careful tho..don't damage...but jelqing using coconut oil as a lubricant ( to avoid skin thinning and irritation). Avoid using soap and other irritants. This would help increase your control. If you can jelq 100 reps for two days on two days off, in d evening after your bath, you will see improvements. But don't jelq too hard and not for more than 5 months( before then u don turn tiger for bed). Be very careful here. Also avoid all these skin infection creams on the penis especially corticosteroids, hydrocortisone and d rest. They ARE DANGEROUS. They cause skin ginning making it more easy to tear. No just go there.

4. Talk to your wife. She myt be getting frustrated. But if she is a godfearing woman, u GATS understand that as u r practicing the above, with consistent sex, ur duration will improve. Get in top physical shape, u fit dey go past 30 mins on the second round. Just get it very much like 5 rounds a day ( lol madam go kee me) and ur body will adjust to the feeling and not get too excited to ejaculate. Start with positions for less stimulation like her on top and you standing..but facing her...just gradually..with a lil while. Control your breathing...breathe deep and slow breaths not fast ones as they tend to cause you to speed to orgasm.

5. Work on your psyche. Don't get too excited during the sex, I've told u about the breathing during sex. Also don't for ANY reason get depressed. Depression kills libido like madt. Just be calm, focused on this task and stay happy. Talk to your wife, let her see that you are willing to do what it takes for you to satisfy her, but she needs your support. Also don't be anxious during or before sex, believe u will perform. U can start training with a condom, take the white Onion's honey mixture like an hour before sex, ur refractory period will decrease and u can go for another round. Try going up to four or five. Keep strength o. Not left over energy from work.

6. Most important. Pray to God. It is he that instructed us to love our wives and that include sex. Challenge him with his word. Also premature ejaculation isn't his plan for you and he said he will take sickness away from your midst. Present your case with his Word and pray to him, if you have a genuine spiritual covering you can talk to him or her. You Will get healed.

Eat well...plantains, and vegetables. Exercise well...not vigorous like u are going for competition. Every man should do pushups daily. If you can, run. If you still have problems due to aging, buy (free ad) Maxman coffee. Na u go tire. In the north just go to shops or supermarkets selling teas of all types. Even most "mai shai" sell it.
