Shea butter is very nice.... I mean the one that has not been mixed.... I use it on my hair and even on my skin during harmattan....

Op forget the it makes you darker stuff. It doesn't. It's the sun that does. I'm fair and I use sheabutter at night. Oh boy the next day your skin will be super soft
To use it during the day I melt it and mix it with Aloe vera gel. You have to experiment to know how much of shea butter and how much of Aloe vera to use in order not to darken you. Mix it so no 'oily' film or residue will be on the face, in a way it will immediately sink in

If the oil (sheabutter) sinks/soaks in the meat (your body) you won't get darker. If it doesn't you get darker cos the fire (sun) roasts you

Was definitely bad for my skin. It made me so dark, especially after being in the sun for a while. I wonder why people hype it so much, I just feel if it's not for my hair then I don't need it.
