PH that was made because those who made them did not see MMM going down. remember, they gave a 50% mavro increase on December to boost PH to a reasonable amount, even with the boost, it did not still meet up with GH, hence the reason they had to go on a break.
so brov. there is PH in the system,but 80% of those PH are most likely not to be redeemed.

now, they are using the available PH even before yours now to manually match the poor ones,
but very few people are being paid cos alot have even forgotten about their PH, ESP those that don't have a GH on the system.
they don't want to go all out to exhaust all their PH cos if they pair all their PH with GH, what happens when someone does not actually PH, the system would not know where to get PH and would crash again so,your PH is in reserve as backup in case DOS that have been paired do not end up paying, that is why dey have limits now.if are releasing a total GH of 100,000 there must be available PH of 400,000 in case some PH do not redeem.

yes,they are desperate for your PH but they are trying to buy more time for the scheme and elongate this period of little payouts as much as dey can hoping that PH will continue to increase and they can as such increase the GH limits. meanwhile if you cancel your PH, that is automatic moratorium cos the system has acknowledged it in its total PH orders.
