"The cost of renting a flat in Ibadan is about 250,000 NGN." Guy, I can authoritatively tell you that you can rent a flat as low as #120k in Ibadan. |

kayo80:You are right. My cousin sold a standard plot of land in (inner) Oluyole Estate in October of 2016 for 12 million Naira. A 3 bedroom flat (not fantastic) in the same estate goes for at least N500K per annum. Transportation is slightly better than Lagos but not as efficient. |

| Re: 5 Cheapest Cities To Live In Nigeria by Halo22: 8:37am On Jan 19, 2017 |
Am just laughing at you people that complain about 3 bedroom flat being 300k or thereabout in owerri. come to Enugu where you will get it for 500k outside legal and agent fees. |

You don't even have an idea of what you are writing. Everything you wrote is a complete trash. Ikom is not affordable for your information except you don't the meaning of affordable. Flat in ibadan is not up to 250k except in view areas. Presently, am leaving in a two bedroom flat around iyana church with big sitting room, two toilet and bath, water heater and bath top, well tiled and large kitchen for 120k. Owerri is totally wrong for you to mentioned because is expensive compare to enugu. Please go and do another research because I know most of this city you are talking about. |

LordCenturion:I absolutely agree with you. I presently live in Ilorin and have lived in some other cities in Nigeria b4 now. The only problem is dat ilorin has very poor facilities (light, water and roads). I presently pay just 50k 4 a really cool single room self con 'tiled to d teeth' around Tanke. D problem is d light is absolutely horrible! |
