It it true that when two or more people lives together there must be misunderstanding some day,but for your wife whom you swear to love till death don't lay a finger it is abomination ,but if you feel bitter just do the following to ease your anger:

1 go out when you are angry and chill out with friends with soft drink and Chicken while you watch your match.in case you live in the village,try palm vine with fried fish.

2 Go out to fast food and buy food,don't eat it there bring it home and eat it with the kids and place her own on the dinning table. By doing this she will feel remorse and that night will be different in the other room
