I resigned my marketing bank Job of 250k for peace of mind. Banking is just a slave work. It's best you earn 100k and b happy. Who wan open acct for this economic clime?

It's a marketing job and you would have to open accounts for the affluent and influential people in the society.

From the post, the number of accounts you have to open is 4 per week (16 in a month) possibly with minimum opening balance of 1m each.
Take note that these monies must also grow as stagnation is a sin in the banking industry. So in essence while you are pursuing 4 big accounts each week, you must also pursue the old customers to increase the money they have with you.

Baba, with the influx of "IJGB" crews, "CFA + MSc" dudes don full market o. You will see one 24 year old "Janded" graduate with Masters and at CFA Level III looking for internship position.

It's obviously beyond marketing, in fact marketing is not even the major responsibility of the office, except you don't understand ENGLISH, if only they knew their broadcast would reach an illiterate majority, i can safely bet they would have used less grammatical terms which would only suggest an abbreviated requirement of what is needed for the job.

The responsibility is beyond marketing but still revolves around marketing.....!!!!

There is weekly, monthly and annual targets (192 accounts in year)..... You don't sit in your office and get accounts, you have to go to the street and meet cream De LA cream of the society ..... They are only looking for "executive" marketers.....

it is not as if you are a back office staff, You will combine front and back office responsibilities


My people on Nairaland kom talk say, instead make stanbic dey blow all dis inglis for hia, make dem kukuma talk say dem want marketers.... shikena....

The reimbursements must really be rewarding and satisfying because the CFA + MSc stanbic is asking for is not a joke of a qualification!!!

With MSc and CFA, why would I think stanbic for marketing, why not their Financial analyst
