Griezmann is a good player but i am not sure there is a ready made position for him in this team. I am not saying we should not go for him but we should desist from just trying to buy every star footballer in the market without knowing how they will fit into the team.
We need to build the best team not just buy the best players out there.
Apart from Zlatan's no 9 position there is no obvious place for Griezmann in Mourinho's 4-3-3 especially with the way JM wants his wide men to track back.

That is a major problem if we try to switch to a 4-2-3-1, Pogba has refused to adjust his game accordingly when played in a deeper position......still tries flicks and slows play down no matter where he is on the field.
I believe we have to stick with him and play him in his best position and that means continuing with a 4-3-3 formation for the coming seasons. And that requires us not to shoot ourselves in the foot by adding other big money players that will/might struggle in a 4-3-3.

I honestly prefer Aubameyang who is a ready made and better no 9 than Griezmann.

The first thing is for JM to realize that we have to play 4-3-3 to bring out the best in Pogba.
Next thing is to recognize Mikki and Martial as the safest bets to start at RWF and LWF respectively.

If he accepts both i.e 4-3-3 and Mikki+Martial being first choice then the next step is to go for a no9 that will play the next 3 or 4 years at the highest level and Auba is the best bet IMO.
After that there are questions about the 2 partners for Pogba going forward. 1) Who replaces Carrick long term 2) Is Herrera good enough to be the 3rd leg of the midfield tripod. This will determine who he gets in that section.
I don't think we NEED any reinforcement in defense. At LB options are Shaw, Rojo, Blind and CBJ who will back from loan. At RB AV, TFM, Jones etc and we have 4 potential CBs already.

Memphis can/should definitely do better in subsequent games. Hopefully nobody will be here comparing him to Hazard in a few years from now but to better players.
