Good morning, I have always been accustomed to using lots of HTC devices with external sd card except for once but I had no use for the above.

Because of the continuous updates of apps my memory especially internal always goes down, 4 years ago when I was on HTC DHD is discovered partition manager through which I partioned my sd card (ext 2)to enable me link my apps directly to my sd card while freeing up my internal memory and j have used it every since then with custom rims especially.

Currently I got my self a HTC one xl 32gb phone storage and 8gb internal and now running viper xl Rom.
But I am now asking if there is a means of partitioning this internal sd to acheieve ext2 because I am afraid might brick the sd card because it is not removable.

I need to really partiton the 32gb because I am a stickler for efficient memory usuage and dread that memory low notification

Currently I have used link2sd to move all my apps to internal sd except facebook (cos of BlinkFeed) and messenger and a few others.

I really need links. Help, advice anything I just want to partition my inbuilt sd card

I know how to partition my sd card but all I have always done has been with external sd card(removable)


Now I have an internal sd and from all indications I haven't see any positive indication that you can partition no removable internal sd

thanks I used partition manager today nd nearly bricked my sd

I don't know if there is a tool there supporting partition smartphone internal,
But why on earth you don't partition sd card with some more common partition software? It's way easy.
