What has 1960 got to do with my question in my 1st post?......they have been systematically ripping off the nation with such schemes for decades! Read the screen shot and the adjoining article! I told you that the lagos Ibadan rail has been one of their cash cows in addition to the rail projects in other parts of the country!

Maybe it was budgeted for during the GEJ/PDP era and nothing was done about it. Under Buhari, it was only budgeted for in the current 2016 budget and true to promise, the full amount had now been released to the Chinese contractors.
We have never budgeted for it pls,if at all the project was budgeted in d previous year, have they release fund for it?budget and actual are two diff thing. Pls

You have seen my screen shots and the article I posted about this rail project being budgeted for even as far back as 2012 and 2013 and now you are quiet! What was the message that was passed in my 1st post on this thread? Are you finally clear on that now?

Some of you kids are just too funny...please don't direct anyone to me...fight your battles by yourself just as I did with mine...my point has been proven...this project has been budgeted for many times in the past and nothing was done even though cash was disbursed and approved! I hope buhari makes it a reality becuse it would aid my fellow nigerians in other parts of the country but as a former employee of the same federal government of nigeria...I HAVE MY REASONS FOR QUESTIONING GOVT. POLICIES! Don't allow what I eat make you go to the toilet instead!

Shalom....

Its the culture of Nigerian that breeds these thieves. Nobody has questions or cares. I did post about Lagos Rail lines. 9yrs, 1 billion dollars, 4 missed deadlines. Nobody cared and I was bad guy for wondering.

Ps: post link and screenshots in original post so people know what u mean.

Don't mind most of them....instead of them to find out the facts about who they are trying to debate with they will just be jumping up and down someone's mentions and spewing baseless logic in order to seem knowledgeable! I take delight in silencing them!

How many times will this road be budgeted for?
This is not road but rail line...

An error on my part in posting Road or rail does not negate the point I have raised?

Even the rail has been budgeted for in the past times without number with nothing to show for it!
Not all budget can be fully implement when there is no money to implement..

If you budget to build house this year and money no come, won't you budget for it next year?

Meanwhile they are still searching for money for projects in the east though they insisted that most should be PPP.. , essentially, whosoever dares to build in the east will go and recover his or her money by tolling the roads. It is still one Nigeria, right?
Is there anything you mentally lazy clowns don't cry about?
