Sibrah:
Tinubu also shared $2.1bn, shared scarce dollar to Obas and Emirs, aided Diezani, waited for 6 weeks to election to fight terrorism, and was building almajiri schools allover the north.

GEJ squandard N11 trillion ($40b+) within 2 years with nothing to show for it? Killed unarmed Shiite and IPOB protesters. Aided General "Savings" Buratai, Saint "Mono-rail" Amaechi, Saint "Bore-hole" Fashola, Saint "Ajaokuta" N3.6b Fayemi, Saint "MTN N500m" Kyari, Saint "N200m grass cutting" Lawal, waited to 1 year before the election before saying he would end Boko Haram after previously saying that any attack on Boko Haram is an attack against the North.

Forget GEJ
Just like Buhari Dat one sef nor sabi rule too.
Yeye leaders.

When last did we have leaders since the first republic that were not "yeye"

GEJ and Yaradua before him were the closest leaders to the quality of first republic leaders since 1966. Take it or leave it. The current Federal structure does not provide the right platform for leaders to deliver great leadership.

But then this leadership by Buhari is the worst of its kind in Nigeria's history. It's a tie with Buhari's first dispensation as a military administrator.

In terms of Civilian rule, even Shagari's rule is miles better than this Buhari tenure.

So, even if you can call GEJ, Yaradua, OBJ, Zik, Bello, Awo as leaders. You can't call Buhari a leader. He has never been a leader. He would never be one.

That he won an election does not make him a leader. He only won that election because Tinubu and his Ibadan press were able to whitewash him as a savior which he was not.

A leader says "my ambition is not worth the blood of any nigerian," not "dogs and baboons will be soaked in blood."

After the end of the brutal civil war with more than 3 million people dead and Nigeria at its lowest ebb, Gowon bandied about the famous "no victor, no vanquished" tagline to promote unity.

In contrast, Buhari who won the election by a slim margin of 15m to 12m went on to introduce the now infamous "97%/5% dichotomy" to fuel the embers of disunity.

You can clearly see the difference between a leader and a despot.

Calling PMB a leader is an insult to any leader that has ever walked on planet Earth.

Y'all keep acting like GEJ's administration was ever beneficial to the common man. Was it through the massive corruption or through the various battered systems? Yeah, Buhari hasn't been any better, but we will make sense moving on, not praising someone that was equally a massive failure.

Tinubu was one of the criminals who ganged up against Nigerian state in 2015 general elections. Today, their aim of bringing Nigeria down has been achieved. But this will not go down in the history line without consequences, hence the need to absolve himself from any wrong doing. However, no amount of public speech will exonerate him from the looming revolution because of the part he played in the run up to this economic quagmire.

TRUTH IS THIS: THIS COUNTRY WILL NEVER GET BACK IF THIS IS NOT FIXED: *FOREX: you see, the CBN governor has created this economic situation if don't know what is happening this is it

The CBN is not allocatin the dollar the way it is due. If you want dollar at CBN rate the only way is to follow CBN licensed BDCs, but there will ask you a visa and plane ticket to prove that you are travelling. This policy is very very very bad. people that have no special need for forex, make travels in order to get forex at cbn rate, and when they come back they go to black market to sell.

Second, the black market rate will never come down because the blackmaketers keep buying from people at higher and higher rates, so for them to make a profit they have to keep selling higher and higher. And the people that will always buy dollar at whatever rates are those who depend on it, the students abroad, these students can only buy from black market because CBN has excluded them from the FOREX policy. We have more than 20 thousand students students abroad who need to pay rent, food, electricity, etc....

If the CBN wants to reduce rate at black market take care of students, find a way to allocate forex to them and the rate will come down.
If you don't do it then all this is just a conspiracy

Tinubu can never become a President.

He knows that. The best role is the role he is currently playing. A God Father!

What he needs to do is ensure Nigeria is restructured. Then he'll be the de-facto ruler of Western Nigeria and no one would dare cow him like Oyegun and Buhari have been doing.

But if he wants to continue trying to be the number 1 citizen of Nigeria, let him continue. He has enough money to waste. Let him waste the money.

Currently, there is no one.

Especially with the current "feeding bottle" federalism we run.

What we have are people that would only make marginal improvements while maintaining the status quo.

Atiku would do well because of his moderate stance. He is not as divisive at Buhari and Nigeria will know peace under him as he can appeal to both the Northern and Southern populace. This would be significant to make the Nigerian economy stable again and increasing FDI. He has also done well for himself in terms of businesses since he left power, so he should be able to steer the economy reasonably well with competent associates.

That said, he would barely record any successes in the anti-corruption angle. And I'm not positive, he'd live up to his calls for restructuring.

Donald Duke and Peter Obi from the South would also do great with the economy. But they may also find themselves in the same quagmire as GEJ when it comes to security. Do something and it would be portrayed as anti-North. Do nothing and it would be portrayed as weakness.

Ribadu would do great on bringing sanity to the polity. But I doubt he has a good grasp of how to elevate Nigeria's economic fortunes.

So, you understand why I said there is no one. For any body in the current polity who gets into power, we'd have to sacrifice something. Good economy, thriving corruption, security, you name it.

None of those guys can fix Nigeria's infrastructural deficit. None of them can eradicate corruption (no one can really).

But if we were able to restructure Nigeria, then the impact of any of these persons would increase tenfold because the pressure of the center will reduce. With resource control, better regional autonomy, and fizzling away of major conflicting interests, the focus would shift to the regional governments than the central government. With that mammoth weight off the shoulder, the current quagmire of not being able to please most people at any time will reduce and we'll experience growth in various indices.

Until we restructure, it would be difficult to create the institutions that would pull Nigeria out of the mess she's in currently. And it would also be difficult for a strong man to act without fear or rancor.

Which administration in Nigeria was not "highly" corrupt?

Of course he owes no one apology, that's why when he was sidelined and sent to exile by the same people he helped to power, no one gave a sh*t about him.

GEJ administration was no more corrupt than OBJ, Abacha, Babangida, Yaradua, or even this current Buhari's administration. But because of an hatred I'm yet to fully understand, you guys singled him out.

Tinubu is already getting what is coming to him. While GEJ who you guys ganged against is having a swell time.

So before you ask why we hate Tinubu so much, tell us why you guys hate GEJ so much.

And if you're tempted to say corruption, perish the thought. Because Tinubu is more corrupt than GEJ. You can't deny that! GEJ a former president, VP, Governor, and Dep Governor does not have a private jet. Tinubu just as an ex governor has a private jet.

As if they would listen to you.

They'll use it to play politics like how Tinubu and ACN used it and abandoned it. Now Atiku has resumed from where they stopped.

The North would only accept restructuring after a lot of blood-letting and as an alternative to division. So call it a revolution, near genocide, or the worst sectarian violence in African history, it is obvious that peaceful restructuring is near impossible right now.

That's the only unfortunate reality about restructuring.

That is a very silly question.

How did the 12 million people who voted against him know that he is totally inept?

Simple, by looking at the speeches, antecedents, and even body language of GMB.

There is a saying that those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

That's exactly what happened with Buhari.

If you want Nigeria to keep trying obvious failures, then we should call Shekau and ask him to be Nigeria's presidents. After all, according to you, it is not yet clear if he would be inept if he takes over the seat.

A man that went to Oyo state to threaten a sitting governor over herdsmen-farmers clashes.

A man that absolved Abacha of being corrupt.

A man that incited the killings of hundreds of Southerners simply because he could not accept another election loss in 2011.

A man that threatened to soak dog and baboons in blood if he lost again in 2015.

A man that does not have an SSCE and did not improve himself in 30 years since he left power.

This is the man Tinubu said will solve Nigeria's problems?

It only shows that Tinubu and all the other 15m Nigerians who voted PMB are PATHOLOGICALLY ST*PID or Tinubu used 15m pawns to get access to Aso Rock so he too can divide the national cake. Because while Sani (an APC member) is fuming about the lopsided anti-corruption war, Tinubu has stayed silent all through. Mainly because he is the fourth most corrupt Nigerian alive, after Babangida, Buhari, and OBJ.

There is no other explanation.

I still always say it, TINUBU is the best person we need as a president. Yes he has a lot of flaws like any other politicians but one thing is that he has conscience (just like GEJ) but he knows how to use people to get what he wants unlike (GEJ). He's sound politically (he can manipulate the legislative to approve bills without wasting much time, he will just use his political calculator to get it passed), he knows how to source for capable hands to handle jobs as get it done (even his enemies can't dispute this), he's closer to people than any other leader(unlike fayose cutting kpomo, he knows how to get feedback from people). Go and search his records in public or private administration you'll know that there's none at present that has the skills needed to lead Nigeria of today.
