They were defeated in war by Amazons, so what?
This is the same state that was under Oyo Empire for over 100 years, and had to resort to use of females as soldiers because Oyo had killed a good number of the men, and there was shortage in manpower.

Power is never static. A group at the top today can be very well defeated tomorrow. Just the dynamics of life. Those who ave histories will know this.

But at least, they have a HISTORY to talk about. Better than living in the bush like chimps sucking on bush mango and Ube, like some people east of the Niger.
