My school don resume after 8 months strike and its exam straight away so i no get choice. Dem no even leave me make i enjoy my phone very well before we call us back. But i no mind,i don grow old 4 house,can always come back to hold and cuddle my xiaomi after my exams.
I never do anything for my xiaomi apart from surf these days sef, no adventures yet.

Good news!!!

I was having similar issues with you. I just dialed 400 which is their 4G customer care number. I told them I can't connect to their 4G and that I have a phone that supports band 28. The lady told me that they'll work on it that the fault is from their end. 30mins later I received an sms. I just rebooted my phone and 4G appeared. This was like the seventh time I called them and they promised to escalate the issue without success. The most important thing is to recieve the sms as shown in the pics below.

Though I'm currently in Benin, I'll test the speed when I get back to Lagos.

Just finished a first conversation with a customer care guy on 400,
Says I should go back to their GLOworld office and complain about the 4G sim swap, that He is certain the line is not 4G enabled.

It doesn't have to carry the official stamp. That's why I'll advise he send them the pdf(if he decides to get the softcopy) but if it's a printed copy, of course, that will have a stamp & authorizing sign. As for me, I used the pdf generated via my internet banking platform and the one received from gtbank's e-statement unit for the 3rd party card. The funny thing is, the format of each source (iBank, e-statement unit and printed version) differs!

OK.. When you go there, show them the sms pix I shared. They should enable it for you and you should also receive the same sms. Alternatively you can call 400 again. The fault is from them.

Just finished another conversation with customer care, it was difficult convincing her that the phone was actually provision for GLO 4G, anyways she has registered the complain.

I think you should quote the sms in the pix so that they know you are not a novice. You should also mention band 28. I even bought a new 4G Sim on the notion that the initial sim swap was faulty. I told them all these.

That's how Samsung was shouting optimisation and used a 2600mah battery for S6 only to end up with terrible battery life.

Under heavy usage, that small battery won't hold up.
