I have a tecno w3. Even wen data is off, and d phone is idle, d battery keeps going down. D battery doesn't stay long. What should be done? |

have you tried factory resetting the phone? it might be hungry installed apps or your settings are allowing background processes and animations. |

ehisanolu:the battery is dead and the only solution is to change battery or get another phone. there is Tecno w3 pro which was recently released this month you can check it out or get another product like Homtom S16, cubot R9 or Xgody S12 they are budget device. |
