1. Communication


Hisenjos communicates well. He takes time to go over and flesh out the details of a transaction before the deal is settled. On phone, he will call you back if your credit finishes while you are talking to him. On Whatsapp, he will reply but the replies are sparse and straight to the point. On Email, he is not very responsive but will respond eventually.

Hisenjos gives decent rates, although I have not tried other Payoneer exchangers, but judging from my gut feel, his rates are okay for a freelancer. At least N50 more than what the banks will give to me

Hmmm, Hisenjos promised to do my transfer in the morning -- because of some reason, I did not have a laptop or phone so I couldn't call him in the morning to ask for an update, but based on his feedback here on Nairaland, I left for Computer Village first thing in the morning. Cut to me checking the ATM every thirty minutes to see if he had sent the funds, it wasn't until I called him from somebody's phone (a guy I met at Computer village) did he get around to making the transfer But once I called him, he apologized for the delay and explained that he had been tied up somewhere.

In those hours at Computer village--let me not lie-- I went through hell because if it turned out that I'd been scammed, serious shit would have gone down in my life. I am sure you can imagine my happiness when after twenty minutes, he called me back on the same guys phone and asked me to go and check my account balance.

All in all, great! The service is real. I shall continue using and I encourage you to use his services and recommend him to more people. Honesty is such a rare virtue and when we find individuals that conduct business with a lot of it, let's try and get them more business.
