No code of checking smart phones own

This tutorial was valid one time but no longer, if you only depend on this to identify a clone then too bad for you, because it Will only lead you to buying clones more. Chinese devs have discovered this, they now tweak in an original phone's imei into their clone devices when making them. A fake Samsung now carries a real Samsung imei, same as htc and others. I was disappointed when I leant this

This is the surest way of verifying for Samsung phones.

after pressing dat on my samsung, it on and i saw a Safe mode text at the right hand side of my phone, all my apps were no where to be founf although i did not check the file manager. But my pictures and videos still dey. So does it mean my phone is original?

Forget about IMEI and other codes to confirm authenticity, these Chinese guys have found ways to simulate them for many clones. Better to just instal CPU-Z app on the phone. It will show true name and specifications and condition of the phone. Thank me later

I've been looking for something like this online. My friend bought a Samsung Galaxy J7 recently and it started giving issues, she took it for repairs and was forming ' hope you know how to fix phones well because i don't want you to damage my J7'. The guy just laughed at her and told her ' madam allow me hear word with this your chinco phone '. She felt bad and we had to return the phone and the receipt and it led to so many issues. For Android, simply install cpu-z. This will give you detailed info about the phones architecture which u can compare online with the original. If different, it's fake especially cpu

so fucking wrong. ...refurbished phones enter odin mode oooo...all dz ones cannot work. ....my only observation is dat the camera is always in a zoom mode. ..its like its zoomed esp d selfie mode. den d pixel of d contents such as applications installed re usually visible

Checking IMEI can not guarantee you a good phone, because it can easily be changed (IMEI)

The button combo works for many Samsung phones but not all. Google how to boot into Odin mode for your model of phone. when you boot into that mode, it shows a warning that the operation may damage your device and ask you to continue or reboot. If the phone is a clone, this information is written in Chinese.

Another way is to download cpu-z or CPU ram identifier and install it. compare the specs shown on the app to the correct one (check for it google). Most clones use mediatek processor. if the phone is original, the specs shown on the app will exactly match the correct ones.

To remove safe mode, just reboot the phone normally

Refurbished phones may Odin mode if they are original in the first place. The difference is that the model number shown on Odin mode will differ from that shown on the phone. For example most S3 I have seen are actually Verizon S3. in this case, the phones show I9300 as model number, but Odin shows SCH-I535. I9300 is the model number for intention variants while SCH-I535 is the model for Verizon variants of S3
