there is still need for intervention. d letter transmitted by buhari 2d Senate was to intimate them on d reasons 4 his trip &its duration not his incapacitation. Since d president is obviously on life support, d FEC ought to invoke d provision of d constitution that says that d president should b removed from office in d event that he isn't able to discharge his duties due to mental or physical incapacitation as is presently d case,hence d lies and secrecy flying around.there's no room for indefinite incapacitation

Sadly, you're the clueless one. Didn't you read where it was stated GEJ was already an acting President. Kindly point to where Buhari was talking about Yar'Adua's failure to handover to GEJ.
The arguement of Buhari was simply Yar'Adua's sickness. Read it very well, he asked that Yar'Adua be declared incapacitated and impeached. What does that mean? Does it mean Yar'Adua failed to handover to GEJ?

Same thing is happening now, we don't know the true health status of our president, he should therefore be declared incapacitated and impeached, even though we have an acting president like Yar'adua's era.
