One is hinged on a project while the other is RAW stealing because stealing was not corruption. While the possibility of corruption in this administration cannot be completely ruled out, whoever wants to steal must be extra careful (and it must be attached to something) and even after the whole deal, u must continue to watch ur back for the unknown. Same cannot be said when stealing wasn't corruption as anyone within the corridors of power dips hands into the purse and pack as much as he can, yes, as raw as that.
Besides, do u know what N250million is as compared to $9 million? That is N250million against N3billion.
Or 1 against 12. Meanwhile N250million is for a purpose, N3billion for what exactly?
