That was very rude of you. How could you be asking him if you register sim cards? If I were the guy I would let you be and never send you any PM again rather than blocking you. The guy himself isn't mature enough, that's why he acted that way.
I once sent a PM to a girl on facebook, later on she updated her status by indirecly and openly giving warning to 'the so called fine boy' (referring to me) to stop sending PMs to her. I read the status update, shook my head and ignored her for life. We are still facebook friends till date after about 6 years but I hardly notice her presence on my friends list, neither do I like her 'ugly' pictures. Attitude is everything, with a good one you can always get people to respect you.

Sometimes i wonder if answering a guy or a friend ananymous politely is a crime to some nigerian females, common the fact that you spoke politely / friendly with him doesn't mean hes removed ur pant... U aint even a celeb... Not even a local one for that matter, grow up oooo

you are rude to him, and he never want to join issue with you, and I think he admire you too much and got disappointed at your response then he's pained, if its those guys that have bad intention towards you, no amount you insult them will make them give up until they catch you
