This will certainly keep lecturers in check in a way....especially those that repeat lecture note and exam questions every year.

If we are talking about development in Nigeria this is the foundation right there!!. This is the type of policy our government should actually promote and even make law for all Nigerian universities and secondary schools.

One thing I would like to add is that they should have the students vote anonymously/secret ballot to make sure lecturers don't have a way of verifying who votes what.

They should bring this to all biochemistry and mathematics Lecturers in all federal Universities

This is referred to as 360^o feedback and it is a welcome development.
I wish this would be introduced to other schools, it will bring a little bit of sanity to the system and reduce students' victimization and sexual harassment
