For example: if her period stops today, her safe period starts from tomorrow to the 3rd day but there is another one after ovulation.

If the bolded is the reason for his question then he is safe. From the cease of blood, she have 2-3days free period before her fertility window. Another safe period after ovulation before the next flow.. But if op have infection, she can easily contact it..
