House. I've been trying to gain some weight unsucessfully for over 6months Now. I stopped jogging, went on a therapy of egg, yoghurt, and milk for two months and still no change. I agree that I have irregular eating habits as I eat breakfast around 12pm and dinner around 10pm but I take a lot of rest. I don't know why this is happening. I am 6ft 1.5in tall and currently weigh 71kg and that weight has been bothering me.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Take medicine that will enable you eat regulrly.
Note, you can't eat this much without.

You can't eat much to gain weight naturally you need some special medicine to get constant appetite, pharmacist knows better visit them.
