And either 16 or 18 or anything that you believe Aisha age to be. My point was 16 that was deeemed old before is now deemed early. and there are people who will argue today that 16 year old gettng married is child abuse.
so i am not justifying anything, i dont see the need to justify anything. i am explaining the difference in the timeline.there are so many things happening in the north regarding marriage i disagree with.

Quran doesn’t justify killing of people from other religion just because they believe in other religion,But quran does permit killing of people during war as a self defense criteria, and most of the “hateful verses”mentioned in details are in war context,it is not applicable in general situations. But if you take this solitary hadith to mean fighting and forcing people of other faith, it would contradict other verses of Quran such as

Allah does not forbid you from, those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. Quran 60:8

Even though Sheikh Habih ilory who cited the hadith to discredit some Sahih collection did it on purpose to undermine his 'opponents' He knows the hadith MUST be understood in its context. If people take the hadith out of context for their selfish gain, that's their problem. Again this is war context.
