There is no contact number on your site or nairaland same as domainking

Unfortunately we do not provide phone support and that is our operations for past years, you can see our about page at http://hostx.ng/support.php If you do not want to share your password for any reason, you can just give us your registered email and we will issue a reset password request from DomainKing for you.

Thank you.

See the mail they sent to me:

"Dear Xxxx Xxxxx,

The attached file contains a list of your domain names that are about to expire. If they are not renewed before expiration, your websites and other services running on these domain names may stop working.
Renew now or you may lose your domain names!"

Yet I cannot login to their website to renew anything, neither do I have access to my CPanel to manage my websites. I have less than 3 weeks before one of my major websites expire. Which kain wahala be this. Domainking, you do me strong thing o.

Qservers offer free domain registration for: /.com.ng/, /.net.ng/, /.org.ng/, /.name.ng/, /.mobi.ng/, /.sch.ng/.
Majorly the .ng extensions when you buy a yearly hosting plan

It is a big shame that Domain King continued to keep mum about an urgent situation. I have not been able to access my cpanel for the past three days or so. I have sent mails to support@domainking.ng with no response, even on here, no response. To make matter worse I tried resetting my password and I got a message saying:

"This email address was entered in the process of resetting password for your Domain King account. However, this address is not registered with us and therefore the attempted password change has failed.

If you have initiated this request, kindly repeat it with the email address you used to set up your Domain King account. If not, please ignore this message."

But that was the e-mail I used to open my Domain King account (methyldelene@yahoo.com).

I am by this message issuing a 48hrs ultimatum to Domain King to resolve whatever problem with my account, failure to do so would leave me with no other option than to claim serious damages.

It was Jidetheblogger that registered our domain with Domainking. He did nothing to notify me that they had closed for business so that I wouldn't lose my money.
Don't think I will trust any local registrar again. They are all mostly fraudulent.
Registrars close down, it happens, but they have a duty to inform their registrants about it and help them smoothly transfer their domains.

Like seriously? Is your domain name still in my care? Has it not been moved to your domainking account?

If you've taken responsibility to manage your domain, how do you now want me to be notifying you about whatever happens with the registrar? Na wa o. You should have left it in my care if you know you don't have time to manage it.

Those whose domain are in my care got no problem. I just renewed one of the .coms yesterday and I've helped some transfer their domains to another registrar of their choice. I've even published posts about the domainking issue on my blog. Links below :

http://www.ogbongeblog.com/2017/03/move-ng-domain-from-domainking-to-garanntor.html

So, what else do you expect me to do?

See ba, doing business online comes with lots of responsibilities.

What I am saying is that you sold DomainKing to me. I paid you to get a domain registered and you recommended them.
I wish I had seen those posts by you earlier, didn't even know you made them.
And I am a subscriber to your newsletter so it's just sad that I didn't see the posts.
It would have saved me a lot.
At least you tried to warn people and that's a thoughtful thing to do.
Domainking is still the fraud here.

If the domain is still active, you can still access it though. I will write on this before next week.

Next week might be too late. Please enlighten us how to access the domain and if possible generate a backup of the website. That information can save a lot of headaches and heartaches.

PublicDomainRegistry.com Compliance Team been so helpful, they've helped me unlock my domains, and also sent the EPP codes to me.

You can do that too, Domainking is a reseller under Public Domain Registry.
