You could ask her to tell you stuffs about herself. If she's not the boring type, she'll throw the question back at you after answering hers of course. One thing will lead to another and more topics will come up. Don't forget to leave a lasting impression. Keep sexual topics out of the conversation so you don't come across as a pervert, feel relaxed and don't be shy.
Lastly, Keep the date as short as possible so you don't bore her if not she won't agree to a second one.

Ok. Feel relaxed and be creative in discussion.
1. Don't make it too much question and answer session.
2. You as the man should do most of the talking, don't talk about the future.
3. Talk a bit about the past and focus more on the present.
Discussion that is based on the "present" is psychologically more lively.
4. Crack some jokes to add humor to it.(not a boring joke).
5. Be time conscious!
