the list may come out tomorrow,around August or even December...remember that the aptitude test supposed to be written this year around August but we were surprised that it came up last year..

However, the time given for the aptitude test which held some time ago has not even come. So, is it possible that the whole schedule has been brought closer such that the selection board will hold earlier than what has been written? Only time will tell.

It is possible sir, but I'll rather prefer they leave it at that May 8 so that I'll enjoy my new position for few months.
