Stop eating foods with high level of margarine or butter.that will help u reduce it...

It will clear off if you can adhere to these rules :

Don't eat, MELON, EGG, GROUNDNUT, BUTTER/MYONESE, MARGARINE.

reduce your intake of chicken and fatty meats,

Then look for this traditional leaf called "asuwon egba", squeeze the liquid out, drink it every evening for 2 weeks and also constantly rub your face with the liquid.

I can bet you that before the lapse of the 2nd week, your face would have been clear. But don't overuse the leaf, it's very powerful.

Also, always use antiseptic soaps and aloe vera creams.

All those stuff you've used will only make things worse. Try neo medrol or fluconazole(sometimes stubborn pimples are fungi infections)

I remember when I had pimples... million of em.. until they reduced to fewer very big ones and back to millions of small ones... Until... I studied a technique and applied the right things..

How often do you change your pillow case? If you're not using pillow, how often do you change your bedspread? What kind of soap do you use on your face? Pls stop the use of tube creams like Emmaesty rightly said it wld only add to the problem. Get antiseptic and antibacterial soap...i wld have said you should go for a liquid soap but I don't know many brands in the market and of course their contents too.
