Flashing global rom will not unlock any LTE band. The note 4 with 3 bands is not sold outside India. Only the ones manufactured in Hong Kong and China are sold on Aliexpress. They're the ones with additional bands.

I'm not so sure of the 4x.

The diff btwn global and the note 4x only is the lte band,nothing like redmi note 4x global
Nd yes the rom for global redmi note 4 works for 4x,infact after the seller flashes a new rom,u wud see redmi note 4 not 4x on ur redmi note 4x
