You shoulda publish for a one week free download, within that period of time tell your family and friends to download and drop reviews, once you've building up audience.,upgrade to paid download... It worked for me

don't you see it more abstract? the golden star there has explained the book content.

initially, I wanted to use foot steps walking towards the big star but removed it b/c it made the cover so clouded. but I believe the golden star and shiny sun has also explained the content too.

There are quite a number of post right here on Nairaland talking about Amazon KDP. Most people are making a living off it and it is obviously a proof that Kindle publishing is no scam but a sure business model for those who are patient.

My first earning within the first month was aproximately $163.08. This was from a random niche and not researched. So by the time I started researching profitable Niches, my earnings skyrocketed to an average of $400 per month. This was from just a book I published.

Another thing that helped me stay in the business is that chance that I had to access the required to make publishing easy for me.

All I needed to do was use the required tool to sniff out the profitable niche I researched about. When I am done with that, I begin writing my books with a KDP auto publisher tool. Once I am done with my book, the publisher auto post my publication in my desired book category. I do not stress myself.

Did you know that in determining the keyword to use, if your keyword has more than 20k search result on Amazon, you are only but wasting your time in that niche area and keyword?

To be succesfull on kindle, you do not need to fall in love with the niches... As long as you get a niche to work with... Simply do your research and put all your findings into writing... That's all you need to do...
I currently have like 3 short books that I want to upload and start focusing more on publishing books on amazon before the end of the year.....

The majority priority is focusing on the niche, just like the op has, checking out the amazon best seller...
Also head over to google and find other people that are into kindle publishing and read about them and what they do so that you can understand more on the biz...

Have known about kindle for years now but never took action on it cos I was always waiting for the right time but I realised that there is no right time... Just do it... If you are waiting for everything to be perfect, you might end up not starting at all....

I have learnt my own lesson, though I do well in other biz that I do.... But that's just what I want to share with you...

OP, keep up the good work and more wisdom to your brain to make more money on kindle....

Juwoonn, how now? Fiverr is a very risky place to outsource books. They're a lot of desperate workers there and they can put you in trouble. I don't know how they do it, the work will pass copyscape but won't pass Amazon's test.
I wish I had seen your post before you replied them, I would have said don't bother replying. They'll just block the book after 5 days and sometimes they can decide to allow it.

Definitely don't take ribechi's advice.

If they allow the book to stay, you still have to take the trouble to rewrite it to make it more unique for the sake of your account.
Around 2014-15, I hired someone on odesk for a series of 165 recipes that had the same problem. They allowed the book when I didn't reply after 5 days but I had to take 2 weeks to rewrite every single recipe to protect my business. Those books have made several thousand dollars since.

I believe the essence of all these is for us all to learn.

I suggested that if his actual publication can be found on public domain, he should simply change the option of owning the right to the book to the option of the content being in d public domain.. I still do not understand the harshness involved in juuwon's response.

Amazon does manual reviews. That is why copyscape isn't good enough.

So what exactly are you saying? You said "sometimes". The point I am only trying to make here is either writing the book yourself and even if you outsource it, make sure they do a thorough job.

If my content doesn't pass I jst let it be in the public domain option. Then I move on to the next book.

All I do is promote all my publications in all the publications so that anyone selling will help sell the others.
