Thanks OP, before I opened the thread, I know paracetamol will top the list. I used to be a chronic abuser of PCM, in fact I carried it around like my lip gloss but my mum always dissuade me from using. Now what I do when I have headache is just take a break from everything, close my eyes, ban all thoughts or sleep even if I am comfortable. After a few minutes, one is good to go.
