I once worked under OBJ daughter
She was one of the best bosses i have ever worked with.

My female boss at my PPA can really be annoying, she insults you, sends you on errand like a village house help, even threaten to sack you or report you to Nysc coordinator, and for some reasons unknown she picks up on me and my fellow females. But she's cool with the males in my office. Last week she sent me on an errand to the bank, and told me to use my own money for tfare. As if that wasn't enough after coming back from the bank under the hot sun tired she sent me on another errand again to buy launch for her son. Women are the worst when it comes to occupying top shots. That's why I think Hilary Clinton lost.. We hate each other period undecided

My dear u get sense...... Female bosses are just plain evil....

For a momentI felt I was being talked about cos i am a lawyer and shared similar experience even went as far as massaging her leg in office.I quit the day she asked me to wash her toilet.Thankfully it was a day after I had collected my first month's salary(which she did not fail to mention that she did me a favour and not me working for it).My ego was reduced to nothing.my pride lost,my voice hidden! All I was configured to say was 'Yes ma" 'No ma'.You should only be seen but never heard.I am always bitter went I recount that torturing one month.

U the one that has made ursef a slave to her.
Doing house girl work isn't part of the schedule of service.
Well, maybe the monthly pay is worth it, anyway.
If she reports u to ur coordinate for refusing to do house girl work I doubt ur coordinate will blame u for that.
If she must send u on errands then she must do so with respect.

I've only had 2 female boss lately, the first was a Nigerian/American, we were like cat and rat at first but later changed her attitude towards me suddenly to the extent that she calls me her son. She do call to greet and pray for me when I quit the job to further my education. The latter boss was a d*vil in sheep clothing. She can shout! Though she have her good sides too. The funniest part about her is, she hail from Ijebu. grin

My female boss is a lucifer, very wicked and bossy. There is nothing you do, that pleases her. She just resumes office and start yelling like a mad dog without nothing. And she is so jealous about your success. We had to start resigning one after the other. Been the oldest and pioneer staff of the company, I had to endure her wickedness and recently dropped a bomb by resigning without telling her. She almost died of complaining, and was calling people blackmailing me. Some female boss like the one I worked with is a no no and not a good example of a leader.
grin

All these puss.uy a.s..s boys here crying wolf about female bosses are just jealous of successful women.

Their use.less ego will only allow them reason through their an..us.

Female bosses are the best. Male bosses do not know anything.

The male bosses only walk around the office looking for workers to sleep with , and only to sack them if they dnt agree.
I hate male bosses.

my dear you don't understand what kind of woman we are dealing with. She can frame you up, cook up allegations against you and leave you messed up. She's powerful and have strong connections. The only way to counter her is to leave that organization entirely. But it's not easy to get another Nysc placement. So I have no choice than to lick her shoes till my service year is over. And I can give her a piece of my mind when I leave. kiss

When a woman is in a high position or any position it is very difficult to deal with. Those days in school I know what we go thru just to meet our HOD or Dean thru secretary. When you approach the Secretary mostly women they won't even give you audience for like 5mins and making you look stupid and when they finally give you the audience they look at you like a bag of shit..

I can still remember what we went through just to pass our files through Secretary for HOD to sign.

But men will give you a positive response even when they won't grant your wish later on..

This is a very big problem in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Those female secretaries in ABU are worse than satan

Chai, women donot suffer!

I read through all the complaints from those whining against their female bosses and wondered what would have happened if the boss was a man. Nobody would even notice and of these 'faults'.

My former boss was a man and it was the worst 5 working years of my life. From sexual harassment, to insults, degradation, even making me cook for him when his chef is away. I was a young school leaver, my first job, so I thought it was normal.

That was until I changed jobs and a woman was my boss. I never knew it was possible to close on your closing time, not to work on weekends and actually feel happy to be going to work. She is a wonderful person and though strict, she is very professional and sensitive as a boss.

All the people claiming having a female boss is a 'no no' are just being silly. As if you even had a choice!

I can't dispute your experience tho, but I will tell you that in Nigeria here o, on the average, female bosses are more terrible than male bosses. They are good ones on both sides tho.

And many women (and men too) complaining about female bosses in our country is no coincidence.

Just saying

Though, I've been hearing it here and there that female boss were either though or wicked, but i was convinced by one Mrs Olasehinde of Standard N/P Sch Osogbo in Osun state. The woman (Mrs Olasehinde) treated me just like her son. I enjoy every bit of working with her. I pray I have such boss again.

ah ah this Na old issue Na,
any office been occupied by a woman, we are only expecting 3 things from them.
every boss lady must have one of the following character.
1. shakara
2. intimidating spirit
3. wickedness of the highest order.

men own still better, at least ladies find favors in their eyes,
apart from "WETIN MAN DO MAN"

Hear this folks, I had to quit after 6 days working under a female boss as GM. I was a smart dude, did not resign from my previous role. This old spinster is just trouble. As polite as I was, e no do her. I feel the society is to be blamed, trust me. When I left, the MD called and almost broke down begging. You see, women are just bunch of troubles.

My own female boss still owns me two months salary till date...she would start crying anytime i ask for my money so i just left her to God . I got the connection to my new job from the parent of a pupil in my class and my pay is 3x bigger so i even give her kids money for snacks anytime i see them .She was nice though ,just that she takes advantage if u give her the opportunity.
