If u want to use Texas, make up ur mind on the area, most ppl use Houston and there are diff hospitals like Oakbend, west Houston medical center, Houston north west medical center, so put this names on the search place on this thread and u will get results. Doctores parati is different also put it and you will get some things. Any other thing?

Good Day all, pls from previous parts, Mummies here notarized their forms(without date on it) right from 9ja b4 going on their Missionary journey for those that DH won't be around when baby comes and some states accepted it. Is this still acceptable? Or I would have to wait for baby's arrival then DH books an appointment @ the Embassy and he sent to me thereafter??

Dr D aka Dr D Z. I'm not sure we're allowed to quote their full names here. Google obgyns affiliated to Oakbend. That's how I was able to deduce his full name from his initials used on this forum. I'm a June mum. I paid him via form A last week. He will only release acceptance letter and his bank details after you've paid a non refundable deposit of $200. He will however deduct that from your full bill. I had to get someone in the US to make that deposit for me then i made the balance payment via form A. You can pm me if you need more details.[/quote

Thanks,I have Pm'ed you. Would like to get more info
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 5 by chibertha(f): 3:44pm On Mar 20, 2017
I don't think it can be notarized without date.
However the document is valid for 90 days. It is better you do it very close to the day you leave so that it will still be valid at the time you will use it.

I guess this depends on the state where you are having ur baby or requesting for the passport. Some states insist on the notarized one from the embassy, others don't.

Easiest thing to do. Read all post. Just dedicate a few time daily and read. you will just be on auto cruise then if you get into a difficult situation you will call in an experience person in the house.
But I wonder why people are lazy to read. by reading this thread from part 1 to part 5. i am able to cut cost and still get successful on the missionary journey.

Lets read because that a guarantee for more successful missionary trip
