angeltolly:In my opinion, LMP is always the most accurate way of calculating due date. Scans use AI to guess approximate Gestational age of a fetus based on averages. So a 20weeks GA fetus may be shown on an ultrasound as a 23 weeks GA fetus if the baby has the growth size of 23 weeks fetus. From second trimester, babies grow at different rates. So if your period was pretty regular before pregnancy, I'd advice you stick with LMP due date. 2 Likes |
