I believe you have voters card, if yes you're good to go.. Someone i know open his own last 2 weeks with recent Nepa Bill, voters card and passport..

If you don't have voters card, I'll suggest you walk into any gtbank and make an enquiry..

Voters card/ National ID and/ International Passport / Drivers licence. One of those with recent NEPA bill, not longer than 3 month. You are good to go
