If a senator is importing rice, at least it should be duly declared as rice and the correct custom duty paid. Declaring as yeast raises a question and the answer is that this senator intended to rob the nation of the revenue on this commodity. That is illegal.
This senator could have invested in a rice plantation instead, this is why they never pass reasonable laws because they are into shady deals. There are several highly placed persons into importation of generators in Nigeria, hence our poor power supply.
